Caliber Overhaul
A thorough reconditioning from mainspring barrel to balance wheel. Every component is ultrasonically cleaned, worn parts replaced, and the assembled movement timed across multiple positions. The case exterior is lightly polished and pressure-tested.

Collector's Restoration

How do I know which service my watch needs?
We recommend starting with a consultation, which is available in-person at our Johor Bahru atelier. A brief visual assessment helps us understand the watch's condition and suggest the most appropriate care path — without any obligation on your part.
Do you work on all watch brands and movements?
We work across a wide range of Swiss, Japanese, and other manufacturers — covering quartz, automatic, and manual movements. For complex or highly specialised calibers, we will let you know at the assessment stage if the work falls outside our current scope.
How long will my watch be with you?
Timelines vary by service: the Essential Service typically completes within 2–4 working days, the Caliber Overhaul in 10–15 days, and Collector's Restoration in 4–10 weeks depending on scope and parts sourcing. We provide an estimated completion date when work commences.
What are the prices and how is payment made?
Services begin at MYR 1,350 for the Essential Service, MYR 4,500 for the Caliber Overhaul, and MYR 9,000 for Collector's Restoration. Final pricing is confirmed after assessment, as condition and parts requirements can vary. Payment is accepted upon collection.
Is my watch safe while in your care?
Your timepiece is treated with the same care we would extend to our own collection. Watches are stored securely throughout the service process, and we maintain detailed logs of all items in our possession. We are happy to discuss any concerns before you leave the piece with us.
Can I visit the workshop to see the work in progress?
We welcome visitors to our Jalan Wong Ah Fook atelier during opening hours. While we prefer not to disturb the watchmaker during delicate procedures, we are glad to walk you through what has been done or what is planned for your watch.
