How We Approach Every Piece
1. Assessment
Walk-in or by appointment. We examine the watch, identify the service path, and discuss the scope with the owner.
2. Quotation
A clear, written cost estimate is shared. No work begins until the client has agreed to the scope and price.
3. Service
The watchmaker carries out the agreed work using proper tools and calibrated materials, with documentation for complex jobs.
4. Verification
Movement timing, pressure testing, and visual inspection confirm the work meets our standards before collection.

Caliber Overhaul
From MYR 4,500 · 10–15 Working Days

Every component is removed, inspected under magnification, and ultrasonically cleaned before reassembly with calibrated lubricants. The case exterior is lightly polished and pressure-tested. Suitable for watches that have accumulated several years of continuous wear.
Process Steps
- 1Full movement removal and systematic disassembly
- 2Component inspection and identification of worn parts
- 3Ultrasonic cleaning bath and air drying

This service respects the character and patina of aged timepieces while addressing functional concerns.

Applied to All Services
Shared Workshop Standards
Secure Custody
Every watch is logged on arrival and stored in a secured, itemised location throughout its time in our workshop.
Consent Before Proceeding
No component is replaced or procedure performed beyond the agreed scope without first contacting the client.
Correct Lubrication
We use lubricants specified by movement type. Using the wrong oil or too much of it can cause more wear than running dry.
No Cosmetic Overpolishing
We do not polish brushed surfaces to a mirror finish unless specifically requested. Original surface textures are preserved where possible.
Final Visual Inspection
Every watch is examined under a loupe before being handed back — case, crystal, crown, hands, and dial are all checked.
Respectful Handling
Watches are handled with cotton gloves and placed only on soft watch cushions. No metal bench surfaces without protective mats.
Transparent Pricing
Service Investment
All prices shown are starting figures. Final cost is confirmed at assessment stage.
